Interested in having a stall at the fayre?

We'd love to have you! Exhibitor applications are opening on Friday 8th of May and we have two options available depending on the nature of your business.

​

Product Exhibitor Stall - £35 package is for businesses selling physical products on the day. Previous stalls have included food, clothing, books, nursery décor and similar. 

​

Service-Based Exhibitor Stall - £55 Ideal for professionals offering services rather than physical products.

 

Charities / Family Hubs / Support Organisations - we are passionate about supporting the incredible charitable organisations working across Worcestershire. If you represent a charity and would like to be part of the fayre, please get in touch with us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you. Free spaces are limited.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a place at the fayre. Every application is carefully reviewed to ensure we offer the very best quality and variety for our visitors. We will be in touch once your application has been considered.

All stall fees include:

✔ 6ft table and 2 chairs

✔ A 20 minute demo / talk slot in the classroom (first come first served)

✔ Exposure across our social media channels and website

✔ A social media post prepared and shared for you

✔ Flyers provided to share with your own clients and community

✔ Your flyers included in our visitor goodie bags
